About Flexmoney:

Flexmoney’s mission is to “Democratize and Simplify Consumer Finance”. Our best-in-class embedded digital finance platform enables any retailer, e-commerce merchant or other commerce partner to offer the widest range of embedded, frictionless instant digital affordability options from multiple trusted lenders across all customer touch points. We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs) to develop and offer regulator compliant, instant digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.

Flexmoney was instrumental in helping define and establish the “Cardless EMI” category and payment checkout option with lenders and online merchants in the Indian market, enabling lenders to offer a completely digital transacting credit instrument to pre-approved users without the need for a credit card relationship. Our “Cardless EMI” platform powers this payment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 MM+ Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.

The next phase of Flexmoney’s growth is to expand beyond online “Cardless EMI” payments. To that end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enables omni-channel, seamless multi-lender 360⁰ embedded finance and associated services across every potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutions for multiple finance-led aspirational commerce segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home & Furniture, Insurance, Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health & Wellness amongst others).

Job Role & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams and other stakeholders (internal and external including end users and integrating partners to identify features and prioritize product backlog
• Manage sprints and work with the engineering team to align and successfully ship the product feature on time and as per spec.
• Work with design team to iterate over product user experience, perform user research studies, and create design prototypes.
• Define, measure, and improve key funnels and metrics to measure the success of the product

Additional Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify key leverage points to increase conversion, engagement and retention of the product
• Develop a product roadmap, design wireframes, write requirements, and work in an agile environment to execute on the company vision and to meet OKRs
• Lead product solutioning discussions with external platform partners in collaboration with business team
• Perform market research and sizing along with competitive analysis to define product differentiators and identify potential new business opportunities and areas of growth

What we look for

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experiencein a technology / product company
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Product Management role, buildingand improving consumer facing products
• Prior experience in either a B2B2C, consumer internet or fintech space

Skills:

• Strong customer focus and empathy for end users
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Proven expertise in defining product specifications and delivering product features with eye for detail
• Knowledge of product analytics and tracking tools like GA, Clevertap, Mixpanel
• Self motivated and ownership driven individual
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional organizations, customers & stake-holders
