About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and collaborate on our Fintech initiatives as we expand our product scope and accelerate towards our AOP targets for the upcoming year. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling new-age fintech solutions for learners, driving adoption, and creating impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for fintech initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business) to deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve product performance, and enhance user experience.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, compliance requirements, and lending system innovations.

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C or fintech products.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, execution, and lifecycle management.
• Previous knowledge or exposure to fintech and lending systems is a strong plus.
• Problem-solver with analytical and structured thinking, able to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
