Sr. Product Manager Listings, Integrations & Data Analytics

Location: Remote India

Department: Product Management

Reports To: Director Product Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to own three strategic product pillars:

  • Enable Listings Management, Automated data synchronization, Directory Partners.
  • Data ingestion, integrations (APIs, file-based, partner systems), reconciliation & unprocessed transaction pipelines
  • Customer Analytics & Insight Modules, Customer-facing analytics dashboards, reporting capabilities, and insight features embedded within the product platform.

This role is critical to building a scalable transaction intelligence and analytics platform for B2B customers across India and global markets.

You will drive product discovery, define system capabilities, improve data reliability, and enable actionable insights for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, strong analytics depth, and execution rigor in fast-paced SaaS environments.

What You Will Own

Listings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, adoption, scalability, and enterprise readiness of the Listings platform.
  • Own the vision and roadmap for the Listings product to drive accurate, consistent, and optimized digital presence across search engines, maps, and online directories.
  • Enable centralized listing management including bulk updates, multi-location hierarchy control, automated data synchronization, and listing health monitoring.
  • Drive integrations and syndication strategy with external platforms and directory partners to ensure seamless data distribution and real-time updates.
  • Define and track performance metrics such as listing accuracy score, distribution coverage, search impressions, and engagement impact to demonstrate measurable customer ROI.

Ingestion & Integrations

  • Own APIs, file ingestion, partner integrations, and system connectors
  • Define product requirements for ingestion monitoring, error visibility, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Partner with engineering and data platform teams to improve ingestion reliability and system scalability.
  • Design flows for unprocessed transactions (retry logic, exception handling, visibility tools)
  • Reduce ingestion errors, increase processing accuracy, and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering on scalable system architecture

Reporting and Data Analytics Modules

  • Define customer-facing reporting capabilities embedded within the platform
  • Build analytics features such as trend analysis, segmentation, benchmarking, and performance insights for customers within the product experience
  • Improve performance and data availability SLAs
  • Enable actionable insights across finance, operations & growth teams
  • Standardize metric definitions across product & customer reporting

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define roadmap for Listings, Ingestion/Integration Feature, and Reporting and Analytics aligned with business growth goals
  • Identify platform scalability gaps and prioritize high-impact improvements
  • Translate company vision into quarterly OKRs and execution plans

Discovery & Customer Insight

  • Conduct structured customer discovery (enterprise & mid-market clients)
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify ingestion gaps, reporting needs, and integration pain points
  • Analyze transaction-level data to uncover product opportunities

Execution & Delivery

  • Write clear PRDs, system workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Create solution prototypes using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, Cursor preferred)
  • Work closely with Engineering & Design in agile sprint cycles
  • Drive feature prioritization using impact vs effort frameworks
  • Own the UX direction for the product lanes within this role's scope (e.g., Listings), ensuring features and workflows are intuitive and aligned with overall platform experience standards.
  • Data & Metrics Ownership

    • Define and track module-level KPIs such as:
    • Product Performance Metrics
    • Listing synchronization success rate
    • Directory distribution coverage
    • Data ingestion success rate (customer data availability)
    • Unprocessed transaction ratio impacting customer visibility
    • Customer dashboard usage and report engagement
    • Data freshness SLA for customer analytics
    • Run post-launch performance reviews and iterate based on data

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with:
    • Engineering (system design & scale)
    • Sales (enterprise deal requirements & integrations)
    • Customer Success (implementation & adoption)

    What We're Looking For

    Required Experience

    • Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS along with 4 years in managerial and equivalent roles.
    • Experience owning data-heavy or integration-driven products
    • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC
    • Experience working in agile/scrum environments
    • Strong stakeholder management skills across tech & business teams
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strongly Preferred

    • Technical understanding of:
    • REST APIs
    • Webhooks
    • ETL pipelines
    • Data warehousing concepts
    • Experience with product analytics tools (Mouseflow, Mixpanel, GA, etc.)
    • Basic SQL proficiency (ability to independently analyze datasets)
    • Experience working with enterprise Listings, integrations and BI tools.
