This will be a hybrid role where we expect employees to work from the office three days a week.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema's Employee Experience Suite. This includes reimagining key functions such as employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, ITSM, and HR Ops using Agentic AI. You will work with global enterprises where employees and HR teams use Ema across 100+ countries.
