Senior Product Manager - E-commerce D2C
Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager, will be the ultimate owner of core product metrics (e.g., Funnel Conversion Rate, AOV, Activation, Retention) and the end-to-end product strategy for key parts of our platform (e.g., checkout, homepage, core personalization engine). This role will lead the entire product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategy & Vision Leadership
- Own product strategy and execution
- Own and drive core business metrics across the product funnel.
B. Planning & Execution Excellence
- Lead the planning, specification, and delivery of features by creating crystal-clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design leads to optimize development processes (Agile/Scrum) to ensure timely, high-quality feature launches.
C. Data & Optimization
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and be the primary source of truth for core product performance.
- Design and execute a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program to continuously improve the conversion funnel and key user flows.
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Tableau) to deep-dive into user behavior, identify friction points, and generate actionable insights.
D. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Serve as the primary product leader for a dedicated product squad (Engineering, Design, Data).
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a focus on core commerce platforms, conversion rate optimization, or growth products
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and successfully launching and scaling features that have demonstrably moved core business metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, AOV).
