QuickBooks is the flagship accounting software from Intuit that fuels millions of small business owners and accountants across multiple countries globally. QuickBooks is truly the operating system behind small business accounting and comes in multiple flavours QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop.
Being part of the Mid Market (MM) segment, this role would eventually entail working on the MM offerings (IES and QBO Advanced). The opportunity here to build on a global platform which serves millions of businesses. The Mid Market product development team fosters innovation, providing the best in class experience to our Small and Mid Market Business Owners, Accountants and through Design for Delight, Rapid Prototyping, Fail Fast and Agile processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a key module in Desktop Core, Desktop Payroll & Payments and Desktop to QBO Migration charter
- Contribute to the Vision & Strategy: Partake in the multi-year vision and strategy building exercise and execute against the assigned module
- Drive Roadmap Execution: Own the roadmap for enterprise-grade capabilities
- Customer & Market Insights: Conduct deep research with customers, sales, and operations teams to uncover pain points and shape innovative solutions. Benchmark best practices across SaaS and Fintech.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with stakeholders and partners across sales, marketing, finance, legal, care, engineering, design, and data science to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Metrics & Accountability: Establish success metrics, track progress, and ensure delivery of measurable business impact.
Qualifications- Experience: 4+ years of product management experience. Proven success building and scaling enterprise-grade monetization or sales platforms for SMB/mid-market/enterprise SaaS or Fintech customers.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise saas clients and the associated functional needs.
- Customer Empathy: Obsession with solving customer and operational team problems with speed and excellence.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills paired with a bias for data-informed decision making.
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI/ML trends and their application in SaaS and business operations.
- Education: Undergraduate degree required (technical discipline preferred). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
