About the Role
The Senior Product Manager Credit Cards will be responsible for managing key portfolio activities including regulatory compliance (30D & 365D activation), RTO management, attrition reduction, and channel management (Outbound, IVR, D2C etc.). The role will primarily focus on driving strategy, process optimization, automation, and designing customer-centric journeys to enhance the overall credit card lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation and ensure superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Reimagine the customer lifecycle by designing and aligning portfolio processes and journeys to deliver superior, customer-centric experiences.
- Drive end-to-end automation and digitization of portfolio workflows, including usage activation, RTO management, closure processes, and manual tasks.
- Lead strategic automation initiatives such as Data Lake integration, CRM workflows, and digital journey enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- Identify manual processes within the credit card portfolio and implement technology-driven solutions for optimization.
- Manage regulatory activities (30D & 365D activation) with accurate compliance tracking and reporting.
- Oversee channel management across Outbound, IVR, D2C, Liabilities, Assets, VRM, etc. to achieve portfolio objectives and optimize outreach strategies.
- Implement marketing strategies and design go-to-market plans with digital-first communication.
- Collaborate with analytics to create customer personas and enable data-driven, personalized campaigns.
- Align with customer service to digitize support processes and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Evaluate and execute promotional plans using automated dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, UX, Operations, Analytics, Compliance) to achieve portfolio objectives and transformation projects.
- Analyze customer behavior through advanced data analytics and align propositions accordingly.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on critical portfolio activities, automation progress, and key performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive automation adoption.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any Graduation (B.E. / B.Tech preferred)
- Post-Graduation: MBA
Experience
- 5 years of experience in credit card product or portfolio management, or related fields such as retail banking, payments, or financial services.
