Job Title: Product Manager, B2B Process Integration
Work location: Pune, IN
Job Duties: This is anexciting opportunity for a detailed-oriented developer with extensive experience building complex Business-to-Business (B2B) integration systems and products.
The individual will be responsible for the design of B2B integration products for the TraceLink Opus platform as a member of the B2B Application Integration team that is ramping up to meet anticipated demand fueled by rapid US domestic and international growth.
The individual will:
- Research, develop, and deliver world class designs for transaction and internal canonical schema and data models that map to global B2B standards such as JSon, X12, EDIFACT, SAP IDoc, XML, and others.
- Produce detailed specifications and logic using pre-designed templates that will be used by developers to build transformation maps that realize our successful B2B philosophy of Integrate Once, Interoperate with Everyone.
- Maintain expertise in a variety of EDI and B2B transactions across a range of business processes including Order to Cash, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Production, Finance, and others.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and customers to evaluate and understand end-to-end business process data exchange requirements and to convert these requirements into schema and transformation map specifications.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring as subject matter expert on B2B standards, processes, transactions, and schema to TraceLink consumers that include Product Management, Data Modeling, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Implementation and Service teams.
- Participate, as required, in the analysis and design of new B2B processes and architecture within the TraceLink Opus platform.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, enthusiastic, and creative individual who welcomes a challenge and has good communication skills.
They will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, or related discipline; or at least five plus years of substantial relevant experience, training, and certifications.
The candidate will also have a successful track record in:
- Researching, designing, and creating XML and JSon schema and data models from scratch.
- Programming in Java, JavaScript, or any other programming language.
- Documenting and developing transformation maps for converting data between different formats using such tools as Contivo Analyst, Talend, Informatica, Altova, MuleSoft Anypoint, boomi, or any other.
- Enterprise scale B2B and EDI integration systems such as IBM Sterling Integrator, SAP Process Integration, BizTalk Server, Seeburger, or any other, preferably as a developer.
- ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, MicroSoft Dynamics, Sage, in either a technical or functional role.
- Developing applications and interfaces for the supply chain in any industry.
- Building application to application interfaces within the enterprise, master data conversions, and any other data transformation and exchange functionality.
- Knowledge of B2B communications protocols and services such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, and EDI VANs is useful.
