Role Summary

You will be part of the Product Management team for the Lending portfolio, with a strong focus on Loan Management and Servicing platforms. This role involves working closely with the Product Director, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to design, build, and enhance scalable lending products used by banks and financial institutions globally.

Your primary responsibility will be to own and evolve product capabilities across the loan lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, configurability, and superior customer experience. You will translate complex lending domain requirements into clear product roadmaps and deliverables.

What Will You Do

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for loan management systems aligned with business and market needs.
• Own key lending modules including loan servicing, interest & fee management, repayments, collections, restructuring, and closures.
• Act as the domain expert for retail, corporate, and SME lending, covering the full loan lifecycle.
• Prioritize requirements based on customer value, regulatory needs, and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, sales, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Engage with customers and partners to capture real-world lending use cases and support pre-sales discussions.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and functional documentation in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence).
• Track product performance post-release and drive continuous improvements.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 10+ years of product management experience in BFSI lending or loan management platforms.
• Strong experience in B2B enterprise software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in loan lifecycle management, including EMI/interest calculations, collections, delinquency, restructuring, and closures.
• Exposure to retail, corporate, SME, or Islamic lending is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, configurable platforms, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with an ownership-driven mindset.
