Sr. Product Manager – E-commerce Fulfilment, Order Prep Experience: 6-8 years relevant experience

Location: Global Capability Center, India Company: Albertsons Companies

• Albertsons Companies is looking for senior product manager who will define and drive the product for our order management and in-store order fulfillment in our E-commerce order fulfillment team. This role focuses on building technology platforms and experiences that will empower our associates to fulfill E-commerce orders and provide a great post purchase experience for our customers.
• You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, and operational stakeholders to define strategy, execute roadmap, and measure impact. This role is ideal for any product manager who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology in a complex retail environment.
• Strategic Leadership & Vision:
• 9+ years of overall professional experience, including 7+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience managing products within eCommerce, Fulfilment, and Supply Chain domains.
• Strong product management expertise across the entire product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, launch, and performance measurement.
• Experience developing web and mobile products, with a strong understanding of user experience, workflows, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Store Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of leveraging data and insights to drive product decisions and measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in complex, matrixed environments.

Team Leadership:

• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging diverse perspectives and open communication.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the product team in internal and external forums, sharing insights and best practices.
• Process Improvement: Drive improvements in product development processes and tools.

Product & Technology Execution:

• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, using data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Experience Required:
