- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior business teams to define a product roadmap that aligns with functional strategy objectives. Ensure requirements meet business standards and adhere to our digital strategy and vision.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of product features in line with commitments made to the business.
- Industry Benchmarking: Continuously benchmark product features and platforms to identify and implement industry-leading initiatives in both technology and business impact.
- Design Thinking Implementation: Understand the current ecosystem and apply design thinking principles to develop products and platforms that deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for customer onboarding.
- User Experience Collaboration: Partner with UX teams to brainstorm and develop efficient user experiences and contemporary user interfaces.
- User Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance the user experience and minimize friction in the customer journey.
- Prototype Development and Testing: Participate in creating prototypes and ensure that products are rigorously tested for technical robustness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with key stakeholders, including business and control groups.
- Adoption Strategy: Develop and implement an adoption strategy for digital solutions, driving engagement across business teams through analytics and regular progress updates.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues, clarifying ambiguities in customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
- Risk Management: Calling out the risk associated, create a mitigation plan and alignment with Stakeholders.
- Scrum Team Leadership: Lead scrum teams to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule, quality, and scope are met.
- Tech Alignment: Work closely with tech teams to ensure that the architectural roadmap supports the overall platform roadmap.

Key competencies/skills required
- 8-12 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/platform management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
- Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
- Should have experience of implementation end to end platforms for a value chain
- Should have worked on Agile Methodologies with exposure to tools like Jira etc
- Should have good understanding of latest technology and tools available in market. Also, should be able to apply tech knowledge in day to day interaction with internal as well as external
- Should have strategic bent of mind, and some exposure to digital tools
- Marketing and research experience will be good to have
- Should have good exposure of Life Insurance domain (preferred)
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a Tier 1 or 2 college. MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute is preferred.
