Our AI + AR-powered platform connects people, data, and systems to simplify complex work and empower every technician, engineer, and operator to perform their best work faster, safer, and smarter.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of Atheer's Human Work Execution Platform. This role drives product strategy, defines requirements, and ensures world-class execution in collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, able to translate business needs into simple, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value to industrial customers.

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and performance across releases.
• Drive innovation leveraging AI, AR, and workflow automation.
  

• 610 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in core Product Management.
• Experience in SaaS or industrial software products.
• Proven record of bringing enterprise-grade products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
