Requirements
- Must have experience on enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience in one of the following is a must: HR Tech/HRIS products, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Workflow Automation, Developer Platforms, API Product Management, and SDKs.
- Knowledge of IAM protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth2) is preferred.
- Excellent articulation and presentation skills. Able to successfully communicate complex topics.
- Strong eye for design and user-centered thinking.
- 7-10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in a PM role and at least 2 years as a software developer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Need to have a computer science-related bachelor's degree (B. Tech. or similar).
- An MBA is preferred.
