Role Overview

- Develop and execute a long-term AI & data strategy, ensuring alignment with Airtel's business goals.
Build & Scale AI-Powered Products
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML-powered products, driving meaningful business impact.
- Identify high-impact AI use casesfrom hyper-personalization to business optimization.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions that serve millions.
Leadership, Talent Growth & Culture Building
- Attract, hire, and nurture top talent in AI, data science, and product management.
- Invest in peoplementor and coach teams to unlock their highest potential. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Cross-Functional Influence & Collaboration
- Work closely with CXOs and senior leadership, driving alignment across business, technology, and design teams.
