We are seeking a senior-level product leader to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure execution excellence for our Agentic AI platform.

Role Overview

The consulting agency must provide a Senior Product Manager (10+ years experience) who can own the product vision and drive the B2B SaaS Agentic AI platform from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate:

•      Has deep experience leading B2B SaaS products at scale

•      Has worked with AI / ML / LLM-based products (mandatory)

•      Can drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced startup environment

•      Can convert enterprise workflows into structured product roadmaps

•      Is comfortable working with engineering, AI architects, solution architects, and customer stakeholders

•      Understands multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation strategies

Important: This is a direction-setting leadership role, not a junior execution PM position.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Vision

•      Define and own the product vision for the Agentic AI SaaS platform

•      Translate enterprise customer requirements into structured product initiatives

•      Align roadmap with company strategy, revenue goals, and market opportunities

•      Define MVP vs enterprise-grade release priorities

•      Drive product differentiation in the competitive AI platform landscape

•      Balance build vs buy vs partner decisions for platform capabilities

2. Requirement Gathering & Conversion

Work directly with:

○    Enterprise customers across industries

○    Government stakeholders

○    Healthcare / clinical leadership

○    Finance, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical clients

○    Internal solution architects and AI engineering teams

•      Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand business processes and pain points

Convert complex business processes into:

○    User stories and Epics

○    Acceptance criteria

○    Functional and non-functional requirements

○    Technical specifications for AI agent development

• Document all requirements in JIRA and drive Agile sprint planning

3. Agentic AI & Platform Understanding

The candidate must understand:

•      Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

•      LLM-based workflows and prompt engineering concepts

•      Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and pipelines

•      AI agent orchestration and multi-agent systems

•      Vector databases and semantic search (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

•      Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation

•      Voice AI, WhatsApp agents, and enterprise chatbot platforms

The Product Manager must be able to:

•      Convert enterprise-level functionalities into AI agent requirements

•      Understand the difference between rule-based automation vs AI-driven reasoning

•      Drive iteration cycles based on model performance and user feedback

•      Define success metrics for AI agent performance and business outcomes

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

Provide direction to:

○    AI developers and ML engineers

○    Solution architects

○    Full-stack engineers

○    Security and compliance teams

○    Sales engineering teams

• Coordinate product, engineering, and delivery teams

• Remove blockers and maintain sprint velocity

• Lead sprint reviews, roadmap reviews, and product demos

• Drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution
