About the Role
As a
Senior Product Manager Two-Wheeler Loan , you will be responsible for building and scaling the inventory funding portfolio across the country. This includes managing vehicle finance and consumer durable dealer networks. The role demands strategic leadership in developing channel networks, fostering OEM relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative product and policy solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving business volumes, enhancing system capabilities, and ensuring portfolio quality through analytics and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the existing channel network for two-wheeler loans.
- Lead and manage OEM relationships across various business segments.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement new policies and product offerings for partners and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to build independent channel relationships and drive business volumes.
- Partner with the technology team to develop best-in-class systems for stakeholders including Sales, Credit, and Operations, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Demonstrate ability to build, lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Guide and manage team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Drive portfolio quality through a strong focus on controls, analytics, and innovation.
- Build and maintain the inventory funding book for vehicle finance and consumer durable dealer networks nationwide.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Full time in any field
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in vehicle finance or consumer durables.
