Purpose of Job
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our PMT team for the NUVO | INOVO division under Intas Animal Health.
Skill Required
Preparing Technical Manuals, Literatures, Visual Aids, Digital Promotions Communicating with Key Opinion Leaders, Pet/Vet Retails & Sales Team, Good Interpersonal Skills
Roles and Responsibilites
Develop Annual business & Marketing plans for assigned brands / portfolio.
Achieving the portfolio sales & profit objectives
Conceptualization, Designing of Marketing Inputs & Communications
Creating, implementing & Monitoring Brand campaigns
Attending to technical queries of Customers / Field Force on brands / portfolio
Training of Field Force
Conducting Strategy / Briefing meetings of Field Sales Team
Conducting Clinical Trials, Retailers Meetings & giving Presentations
Field work for assessing strategy effectiveness & implementation, competitor monitoring
Operating Trade Campaigns
Qualification Required
Mandatory
MBA with B.Sc. & AH / B. Pharm from Reputed Institute
Preferred
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field
