Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Engineer to join our

engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise

in backend development, architecture, and cloud technologies, along

with the ability to mentor junior engineers. This role requires advanced

problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to design

scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-

grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and performance

optimization.

Deploy and manage applications in the cloud using AWS services.

Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product

managers, QA, and DevOps.

Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews for junior engineers.

Ensure version control best practices using Git (Bitbucket).

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

Advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies.

Strong knowledge of database design and optimization.

Proficiency in Git-based collaboration workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.

Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
