Senior Product Engineer – Fuel Systems

Understand and support the design of fuel system architecture, including tanks, pumps, filters, rails, injectors, sensors, and lines.

Support DFMEA/PFMEA, boundary diagrams, and P-diagrams for fuel systems.

Integrate and validate fuel system components into engine or vehicle platforms, coordinating with calibration, hardware, and controls teams.

Develop integration test plans, validation matrices, and verification procedures; analyze results to drive issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Calibration, Controls, Mechanical Design, Electronics, Program Management, and suppliers for component selection, qualification, and release.

Perform root cause analysis for fuel system issues and recommend corrective actions; support warranty and field return investigations.

Ensure compliance with emissions standards (BSIII/BSVI, EPA, Euro) and support ISO 26262 functional safety assessments.

Document findings and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
