Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage product engineering initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Provide technical and architectural leadership with a focus on scalability and performance
Use prototyping, design, and evaluation techniques to validate scalability and solution design
Understand banking domain requirements and translate them into high-level technical design solutions
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align technical execution with business goals
Ensure adoption of Agile methodologies and modern development best practices across teams
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team environment
Drive continuous improvement through creative problem-solving and innovative thinking

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Engineering Manager or in a related engineering leadership role
Strong understanding of scalable system design and architectural principles
Experience working within the banking or financial services domain
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think creatively and drive innovation in product engineering
