Senior Product Developer

Job Brief

We are looking for a Senior Product Developer (.NET) with 23 Years experience to join our growing product development team. In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-quality applications while taking strong ownership of features.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned product features from design to release

Analyse product requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications

Write clean, readable, well-tested, and maintainable code

Participate actively in technical discussions and solution design

Review and refactor existing code to improve performance and quality

Debug and resolve complex issues in production and non-production environments

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features

Support deployment activities and post-release improvements

Maintain proper technical documentation and follow best development practices

Requirements and Skills

23 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer

Strong understanding of .NET concepts and application development

Experience building and maintaining app-based products

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Agile or iterative development approaches

Good communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer discussions, requirement gathering, and site visits.
• Experience in Xamarin/MAUI framework.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

Technical background or ability to work with APIs, architecture, and system design

Experience with SaaS, cloud-native, or enterprise software products

Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, LLMs, NLP, recommendations)

Experience delivering AI-powered features or data-driven products

Ability to work with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI services

Experience with LLM-based products, copilots, or intelligent automation
