The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close For how much By when This is solely based on the seller's version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them.
We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene.

What you'll get to do
- Own end-to-end product design — from early concepts to polished, production-ready interfaces
- Build and scale Von's design system from the ground up
- Define product requirements through prototypes, wireframes, and detailed specs
- Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, experience-true implementation
- Lead design reviews, mentor designers, and raise the design bar across the team
- Incorporate feedback continuously to sharpen the UI/UX experience
- This is a IC role, you'll be hands-on in the craft while setting the design direction for everything we build.
This role is tailor-made for you if
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a senior or lead role at a product company
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership — problem to shipped product
- Deep expertise in design systems — building, scaling, and driving adoption
- Experience contributing to or owning a brand alongside a product
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component architecture and design tokens
- Comfortable with prototyping tools, user research, and usability testing
- You've been the founding or first design hire at a startup — you know how to build from zero without a playbook
