What You'll Do:
- You'll play a central role across product, growth, and brand initiatives. This role blends core product design with marketing and web experiences.
- Lead end-to-end design for SaaS dashboards, workflows, and customer-facing tools
- Design high-impact website pages, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Simplify complex financial and compliance-heavy journeys
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and evolve our design system
- Use AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation and testing
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights
- Contribute to product launches and brand storytelling
- Shape the visual direction of new modules and experiences
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Digital Designer
- Strong portfolio across SaaS products and marketing websites
- Expert in Figma and modern design workflows
- Growth mindset and understanding of conversion-focused design
- Experience collaborating closely with developers
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, research, or creative production
- Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Fintech, blockchain, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Motion design or micro-interactions
- Webflow, Framer, or CMS tools
- CRO, analytics, or experimentation experience
- Data-heavy product design exposure
