Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track record of conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers to identify and prioritize key user problems and opportunities.
- Strong visual design skills/understanding, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout, will be a plus.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment, with an ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
