We're hiring a Senior Product Designer at SwishX

At SwishX, we are building a Pharma AI SaaS platform that helps pharmaceutical businesses navigate complex decisions, discover opportunities faster, and operate through intelligent product systems.

We're looking for a designer who can bring strong product thinking, systems clarity, and execution depth to products built for scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design across critical product journeys

Translate complex enterprise and pharma workflows into intuitive user experiences

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI for web products

Design dashboards, AI workflows, and decision-support interfaces

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and founders on product direction

Build scalable design systems and maintain visual consistency

Improve usability through user insight, product understanding, and iteration

Bring clarity to ambiguous product problems and drive design decisions independently

Must-have Skills

35 years of product design experience

Strong experience in SaaS / B2B / workflow-heavy products

High proficiency in Figma

Strong understanding of UX architecture, interaction design, and systems thinking

Ability to balance speed with detail

Experience working closely with product and engineering teams

Location:Bengaluru
