We're now looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and elevate Scaler's growth-driven UX and UI experiences, shaping the journeys that spark a learner's first aha! moment with us.
Responsibilities
- Own Growth Experience Design: Lead the design of Scaler's masterclass, course, and program landing pagesmaking discovery, sign-ups, and referrals seamless and intuitive.
- Design for Conversion: Craft visually stunning, high-performing interfaces that balance aspiration with clarity, and usability with brand experience.
- Rapid Iteration and Experimentation: Move ideas from sketch to live prototypes using tools like Framer and Webflow, enabling fast testing and iteration.
- Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and growth teams to A/B test, analyse, and optimise designs for measurable impact.
- Mentor and Lead: Coach a small team of designers, raising the creative and executional bar across projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of designing and shipping high-quality web product experiences, ideally across growth, consumer, or edtech domains.
- Tools: Expert in Figma, Framer, and Webflow, comfortable creating complete, interactive prototypes and live assets.
- Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing beautiful UI, fast-paced iteration, and measurable business outcomes.
- Visual Craft: Strong visual design sense; motion design or micro-interactions are a plus.
- AI-Driven Design: Skilled at using AI tools to create interactive prototypes and growth experiments that drive user and business goals.
- Collaboration: Thrive in a high-collaboration, in-office environment in Electronic City, Bangalore.
