The Role

You'll be our first dedicated product designer owning design end-to-end across our website and mobile app. Equal parts UX thinker and visual craftsperson. You'll work directly with our product and engineering leads, and have real influence over how millions of Canadians experience healthcare.

We want to be in the same conversation as Airbnb, Wealthsimple, and Uber. Not just in healthcare, in design, full stop. That starts with you.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end design for our mobile app and marketing/conversion website from user flows and wireframes to polished, shippable UI
• Building and maintaining our design system and component library in Figma
• Running lightweight user research and turning insights into product decisions
• Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with precision
• Raising the design bar across the whole team - you'll set the standard

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows both UX rigour and visual craft
• Strong Figma skills, design systems, auto-layout, variables, prototyping
• Experience designing for both mobile apps and web (conversion-focused pages, onboarding flows, transactional UX)
• A track record of shipping not just concepts, but real products used by real people
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously with a North American leadership team
• Bonus: experience in health, e-commerce, or fintech
