Senior Product Designer

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Senior Product Designer. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centric digital experiences, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves conducting user research, analyzing data, developing creative solutions, and incorporating design principles to meet user needs. The Senior Product Designer will also play a critical role in shaping the overall design strategy and mentoring junior team members.

• Proven expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
• Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
• Ability to analyze user research and data to drive design decisions
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, including developers and product managers
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design ideas and concepts
• Familiarity with designing for multi-platform apps, including mobile (iOS, Android), web, and emerging platforms such as Vision OS and WatchOS
• Experience with design systems and maintaining design consistency across products
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a design team is a plus
