Conceptualiseoriginalideastomakecomplexdesignroadblockssimplerandmoreuser-friendly.

Activelyparticipateintheworkshopphaseofoursprintsandcomeupwithinnovativedesignsolutions

Helpteammemberswithotheraspectsofrunningasprint,suchasstakeholderinterviews,research,usertestinganddesigndocumentation.

Studyandanalysedatausageanalyticstoimproveyourdesigns.

Presentanddefendyourdesignstopeersandclients.

Establishandpromotedesignguidelines,bestpractices,andstandards.

Assistwithmarketingandbrandingactivities,asneeded.

Designorimproveorganizationalprocesses.

Requirements:

Atleast 5 years of design experience

PrototypingSkills:Abilitytocreatesimple,aestheticallypleasingprototypesinafast-pacedenvironmentusingrapidprototyping.

DesignMindset:Passionforinsightfuldesignthinking,continuousexploration,andrapidexperimentation.

Problem-SolvingApproach:Stronginterestinunderstandingtheuniquechallengesofeachorganizationorproductandcollaboratingtofindeffectivesolutions.

PragmaticDesignProcess:Alignmentwithourapproachofusingdesignsprintsforbetterproductdesign-keepingthingspracticalandfreefromunnecessarydesignjargon.

ContinuousLearning:RegularlytrackingandlearningmodernwebandmobileUIpatterns,interactiondesign,visualdesign,andinformationarchitecturewithafocusonsimplicity.

Communication&Collaboration:Excellentwrittencommunicationskills,abilitytogiveandreceiveconstructivefeedback,andeffectivenessinworkingwithinanagileteam.
