As a Senior Product Designer on the Business Intelligence team, you'll shape capabilities that will give business leaders like the CEO and CFO a constant understanding of what's happening in their business and what actions to take to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative user experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
- Drive the design process from concept to launch, delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions across levels of fidelity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to define and deliver customer-driven solutions.
- Incorporate AI-native design thinking to automate and streamline workflows using Intuit's data and generative AI capabilities.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Champion craft and quality, maintaining a high bar for visual polish, interaction excellence, and design consistency.
- Advocate for customers throughout the design process from discovery to experimentation and delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure design intent and usability are preserved through implementation.
- Mentor and collaborate with peers to advance Intuit's design systems, standards, and methods.
- Produce clear deliverables user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
- Bring a strong design point of view, supported by data, research, and industry context.
- Solicit feedback early and often, contributing thoughtfully to design critiques and team discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field; Masters preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or a related field - preferably at a Saas company.
- Experience with designing beautiful, easy to use data and analytics experiences strongly preferred
- A stunning online portfolio that showcases your design skills and collaborative process.
- A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies.
