Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise across UX strategy and UI execution to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital health products. You will play a key role in shaping LYBL's product experiences by translating complex health journeys into simple, meaningful user interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user needs, clinical workflows, and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Lead and contribute to UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and insights synthesis.
- Design and evolve design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns for consistency and scale.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Growth, and Clinical teams.
- Advocate for user-centered and evidence-based design in all product decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and help elevate overall design quality.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards, especially for health-focused users.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UI + UX) for digital products.
- should be working or in past must have worked with a well known startup
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, UX problem-solving, and polished UI craft.
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies (research, journey mapping, usability testing).
- Excellent visual design skills including layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
- Hands-on expertise with Figma (or similar tools) for prototyping and design systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions backed by user insights and data.
- Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Good To Have
- Experience in health tech, wellness, SaaS, or consumer tech products.
- Exposure to data-driven design, A/B testing, or growth experimentation.
- Basic understanding of front-end development constraints.
- Experience designing for complex systems or regulated industries.
