Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the heart of shaping user experiences for KNOLSKAPE's digital learning products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Content Experts, Developers, and AI Engineers to craft intuitive interfaces, engaging interactions, and innovative design solutions. You are not only expected to deliver high-quality design work but also to actively leverage AI tools to enhance speed, scalability, and creativity

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full design process from wireframes and prototypes to final UI.
- Work with Product Managers and teams to turn ideas and goals into user-friendly designs.
- Create user flows, storyboards, and mockups based on real-world scenarios.
- Design engaging simulations including chat-based, branching, dashboard, and game-like formats.
- Ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality design across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life accurately.
- Use AI tools (like Figma AI, UXPilot AI, Prototyping, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up design and boost creativity.
- Build and maintain a design system that supports KNOLSKAPE's learning products.
- Improve designs based on stakeholder feedback, user testing, and user behavior.
- Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and innovations in experiential learning.
- Create product collaterals like decks, brochures, and one-pagers using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
- Ensure fast and reliable delivery of design work especially for urgent or client-facing tasks
What We're Looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
- Graduated from a design Institute.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and visual design excellence.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, After Effects (for motion design), or similar.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Experience designing complex, content-heavy interfaces (LMS, dashboards, simulations, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI tools in the design workflow and a passion for experimenting with and applying them for efficiency and creative augmentation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design decisions, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills you can clearly articulate your design rationale and take feedback constructively.
Good to Have:
- Experience in EdTech, Gaming, B2B SaaS, or Simulation-based learning products.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design-to-code handoff processes.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animations to enhance interactivity in learning products.
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
