Senior Product Designer

Title: Senior Product Designer (Full-Time, On-site Bangalore)

If you're excited about crafting world-class product experiences at the intersection of AI, design, and systems-thinking, this role is for.

What You'll Do:

- Own end-to-end design across major product surfaces AI Website Builder, Avatars, Dashboards, Communities, Onboarding, Course Experiences, Payments, and more.

- Transform complex AI workflows into intuitive, elegant UI/UX.

- Lead the full design cycle: research flows wireframes prototypes UI specs QA.

- Craft UX for agentic experiences, LLM-driven interfaces, and mixed chat + UI interactions.

- Shape and scale Graphy's design system (components, tokens, motion, patterns).

- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, data, brand, and leadership teams to ship high-quality releases at speed.

What We're Looking For:

- 3 to 5 years designing SaaS or high-scale digital products.

- Strong fundamentals in UX, IA, interaction design, and visual craft.

- Deep Figma expertise (auto-layout, prototyping, systems).

- Experience shipping real-world products end-to-end.

- Ability to simplify complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous problems.

- A sharp visual eye (think Stripe, Linear, Notion, Webflow-grade).

- Strong communication & reasoning behind design decisions.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with AI/LLM UX, conversational UI, agentic flows.

- Motion/micro-interaction design.

- Systems-level thinking tokens, states, responsive patterns.

- Collaboration experience with front-end engineers.
