About the Role:

Every signature is a promise a new job, a business deal, a partnership, a big life moment. At Signeasy, you'll design how people experience those moments: simple, seamless, and joyful.

As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the heart of building a world-class product millions of people trust to get work done. You'll turn complex workflows into effortless experiences, bringing clarity where there's complexity and joy where there's usually friction. From shaping bold ideas with product managers to polishing the micro-details with engineers, you'll help make Signeasy not just easy to use, but genuinely enjoyable.

This is your stage if you care about craft, love solving tricky problems, and want your work to touch people at scale.

What you will do:

• Lead design for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences.
• Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute the product roadmap (new features and iterations), participate in design reviews, and support other business requirements
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution of the design spec
• Interact regularly with customers to learn from their needs, gather feedback, and bring their voice into the design process.
• Conduct design reviews, give/receive feedback, and raise the quality bar across the team.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for user-centric thinking in product decisions.

What we are looking for:

• Actively uses AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate design workflows from ideation and prototyping to research synthesis
• Experience designing AI-native product features such as smart suggestions, copilots, or conversational UI
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is a must
• 3-5 years of product design experience in building SaaS or mobile-first products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Excellent communication skills to get the team on board with your vision.
• Obsession with users who they are and how they use the product to create the best experience for them
• Experience building products on the Web
• Bias for action focusing on measurable results ship high-quality releases, take user feedback, apply learnings, refine the product, and repeat.
• Fluency in design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.) and openness to adopting AI into the process.
• Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership of working through ambiguity and uncertainty (willingness to explore the unknown).
• High smartness chops, ready for design exploration, and open to experimentation.
