We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, caring, and accessible experiences for our user base largely made up of older Indian women practicing yoga and wellness through our platform.

You'll lead the end-to-end design process from research to visual execution with a strong focus on simplicity, empathy, and habit formation. You'll also work closely with product, tech, and content teams to ensure what we build is easy to use, delightful, and meaningful.

What You'll Do

  • Help define and maintain a warm, consistent design system
  • Mentor junior designers and elevate the design culture

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products

  • Strong UX skills able to simplify complex journeys into clear, guided steps
  • Eye for visual design that feels approachable, warm, and trustworthy
  • Proficiency in Figma (and optionally Adobe Suite, prototyping tools)
  • Comfortable collaborating with product, content, and engineering teams
  • Experience creating and managing design systems

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience in B2C wellness or education products
  • Worked in product-led or high-growth companies like Swiggy, Zomato, CRED, Gojek, etc.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with behavioral design and habit-formation principles
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or similar (preferred)
