Senior Product Designer(5+ yrs)

Job Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon

Pre-Requisites

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with substantial exposure to building and shipping consumer-facing digital products at scale.

Ownership & Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to independently lead end-to-end design initiatives from problem framing and discovery to execution and post-launch impact. Experience mentoring junior designers and elevating team craft through structured feedback.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio that reflects depth of thinking showcasing how you've translated ambiguous problem spaces into scalable user experiences through research, systems thinking, and iterative design.

Design Systems Thinking:

Hands-on experience contributing to, evolving, and scaling design systems to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across multiple product surfaces.

Problem Framing:

Ability to break down complex product and business problems into clear design opportunities, balancing user needs with organizational goals.

Execution in Ambiguity:

Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities with strong judgment on trade-offs and prioritization.

Communication & Influence:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Business, and Engineering.
