Senior Product Consultant

We are hiring Loan Origination Experts with proven hands-on experience in building and scaling Loan Origination Systems (LOS) across diverse lines of business. This is a high-impact role where you will work on mission-critical projects, designing, configuring, and implementing next-generation LOS solutions integrated with global standards and AI-driven decisioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Origination System Design & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end LOS across retail and MSME lending segments.
• Drive Rule Engine configurations to enable flexible and automated credit decisioning.
• Define, configure, and optimize Workflow Management systems for seamless customer journeys.
• Build and maintain robust Master Management frameworks for customer, product, and transaction data.
• Deliver mobility-first LOS solutions, including agent, DSA, and customer-facing applications.
• Manage Global Customer Data Models ensuring compliance, scalability, and a unified 360 customer view across geographies.
• Design LOS solutions spanning multiple product lines such as Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, and others.

FinTech & Digital Integrations

• Collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners and leverage India Stack APIs (Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker, UPI, Account Aggregator, eSign, CKYC).
• Integrate external data sources to enhance decisioning, onboarding, and operational efficiency.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for:
• Risk scoring using alternative data (telecom, utility, social, and cashflow data).
• Predictive credit behavior modeling.
• Fraud detection and anomaly identification.
• Conversational AI to streamline onboarding and customer support.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, and Operations to translate business requirements into functional LOS configurations.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, learning, and knowledge-sharing within delivery teams.
