Senior Product Consultant

We are seeking Loan Origination Experts with hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling Loan Origination Systems (LOS) across diverse business lines. This is a high-impact role where you will work on mission-critical projects to design, configure, and implement next-generation LOS solutions integrated with global standards and AI-driven decisioning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Origination System Design & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Loan Origination Systems across retail and MSME lending.
• Drive Rule Engine configurations to enable flexible and automated decision-making.
• Define, configure, and optimize Workflow Management to deliver seamless customer journeys.
• Build and maintain robust Master Management frameworks for customer, product, and transaction data.
• Deliver mobility-first loan origination solutions, including agent, DSA, and customer-facing applications.
• Manage Global Customer Data Models to ensure compliance, scalability, and a unified 360 customer view across geographies.
• Design LOS solutions covering multiple product lines: Home Loan (HL), Personal Loan (PL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, and more.

FinTech & Digital Integrations

• Collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners and leverage India Stack components (Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker, UPI, Account Aggregator, eSign, CKYC).
• Integrate external data sources and ensure seamless connectivity with third-party systems.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for:
• Risk scoring using alternative data (telecom, utility, social, cashflows).
• Predictive credit behavior modeling.
• Fraud detection and anomaly spotting.
• Conversational AI for onboarding and customer support automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Mentorship

• Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Credit, Risk, and Operations to translate business requirements into functional LOS configurations.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within solution delivery teams.
