As a Senior Product Associate in Cards Services, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate withproduct, analytics, business, and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies.
  • Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories in coordination with other Product Managers, engineering leads, and the leadership team.
  • Work with business stakeholders and the India engineering team tomaintaina healthy backlog and provide visibility across the enterprise, including at the executive level.
  • Collaborate with Agility Leads to run successful Release Planning and Sprint Planning sessions, as well as Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to certify releases as production-ready, along with production validation.
  • Work closely with Product leads, developers, operations, and production management teams to research and resolve issues or defects thatimpactthe customer experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or other relevant fields.
  • Demonstrated history of managing product delivery or supporting product teams in financial services or technology.
  • Understanding ofdevelopment processes, database usage, and microservices (e.g., Kafka, APIs).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics, business).
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for engaging with business and technical stakeholders and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, driving clarity and structure while building products from concept to launch (0 to 1), including defining vision, strategy, and execution plans in the face of uncertainty.
  • Self-starter with a mindset focused on problem management/resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Agile project management experience, includingproficiencyin agile project management tools (i.e., JIRA Align, JIRA, Confluence,Lucidetc.).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Industry/domain knowledge: Backgroundin financial services, retail banking, or payments is a plus.
  • Agentic AI: Experience building products that leverage agentic AI, and a keen interest in the agentic AI landscape.
