Key Responsibilities
Show Production & Execution
- Lead the production of live and recorded sports shows including planning, scripting, show rundowns, and overall execution.
- Ensure high-quality production standards through effective shooting, editing, and scripting practices.
- Manage pre-production, production, and post-production activities to deliver engaging sports content.
Content Development & Story Research
- Develop creative segment ideas and treatments for shows to enhance viewer engagement.
- Conduct detailed research on sports stories and present insights to the show producer with recommendations on story presentation.
- Ensure strong editorial quality in scripting, story development, and storytelling formats.
Editorial & Creative Compliance
- Follow editorial and creative guidelines while developing content for broadcast.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in storytelling, scripting, and visual presentation.
Language & Graphics Coordination
- Script and translate scripts and on-screen graphics from English to Telugu for both live and recorded shows.
- Work closely with graphics artists and operators to ensure accurate and engaging visual storytelling.
Broadcast Coordination & Industry Collaboration
- Collaborate with production teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure smooth broadcast execution.
- Build networks within the television production ecosystem including production houses and freelance professionals.
