Senior Producer

Role

The Senior Producer works with the Head Of Studio and in coordination with other production/socials team members to produce video content for Instagram & YouTube for Ethos Watches.

The ideal candidate has a solid skillset in storytelling, communicating and production for digital-first audiences and understands platforms (IG, YT).

Responsibilities:

• Support the studio team in developing engaging digital-first content, encompassing both short/long-formats, to captivate and entertain our audience

• Work closely with the Head of Studio to efficiently resolve any challenges encountered, ensuring a smooth production process

• Supervise & oversee studio shoots and take end-to-end creative ownership of all video assets. Pro-actively schedule and execute studio shoots in a planned & smooth manner

• Be responsive to creative feedback, ensuring alignment with the HOS's vision

• Collaborate with the Senior Producer to develop and present innovative ideas and concepts for new formats, content buckets, build and expand viewership and audience reach

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including editors, cinematographers to ensure the creative vision is fully realized and consistently delivered across all video content

• Work with the Development Team (Planning/Strategy) to constantly create and revise formats based on data performance analysis

• Collaborate and ensure a cohesive workflow and high-quality execution, aligning all aspects of production to meet project timelines, budgets and standards

• Maintain detailed records, including overseeing the shoots & edits, and updating workflow databases, to ensure efficient project management and access to critical information/data across teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ Years as a Producer/Senior Producer
• Mastery of the English language
• Experience with editorial and content curation
• Understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standards
• Storytelling skills in social/digital-first formats a plus
• Personality profile to fit into a high-growth culture that requires teamwork and significant interactions with multiple stakeholders across departments
• Highly organized and detail oriented
