Job Summary

The Procurement Manager in the Civil /Interior Domain is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to interior and infrastructure projects. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for successful project execution. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project goals and specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

·       Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and organizational objectives.

·       Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure optimal utilization of resources without compromising quality.

·       Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors; maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent supply and performance.

·       Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and organizational standards.

·       Work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities meet project specifications and deadlines.

·       Ensure all procurement processes adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and company policies within the civil and interior domain.

·       Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a performance-driven and collaborative work environment.

·       Ensure all materials and services procured meet required quality standards and project specifications.

·       Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and delays.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·       Any degree, (Good to have BE Civil)

·       Must have 15+ experience.

·       Domain experience in project purchase should be minimum of 5yrs.

·       Civil and Interior material handling and labour handling.

·       Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the Civil, Interior and infrastructure sector.

·       Strong knowledge of Civil and Interior engineering principles, materials and labour resources processes.

·       Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

·       Hindi language must

·       Leadership abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams.

·       Analytical mind-set and data-driven decision-making skills.

·       Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and standards within the civil domain.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
