Procurement role rolls up to Finance at InMobi which is a tightly knitted group working to set up processes, frameworks and systems to help the business ride the next wave of rapid growth. Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts at InMobi Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can handle business-as-usual (BAU) procurement tasks with minimal guidance.

In this role, you are expected to :

  • Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and financial goals.
  • Partner with business teams to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (PR-to-PO, contracting, renewals).
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Third-Party Risk teams to ensure governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
  • Drive vendor consolidation, cost savings, and efficiency initiatives across categories.
  • Own procurement processes, policies, and controls; drive automation and process improvements.
  • Monitor and optimize cost, delivery, and performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Prepare and manage Capex and Opex budgets in partnership with Finance.
  • Synthesize data and insights into clear, executive-ready updates for senior stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 8+ years of post-qualification, relevant procurement experience, including at least 3+ years in people management roles.
  • Strong experience in techno-commercial procurement, contract management, and vendor management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, value creation, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech, SaaS, corporate insurance, global recruitment agencies, and other professional services.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDBM) with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or CPP will be an added advantage.
