Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to document functional and technical needs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze metrics, budgets, and operational performance using SQL or Excel.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and recommend cost-saving fixes.
  • Communication: Bridge the gap between non-technical management and technical developers.
  • Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks.
