Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Engineering

• Develop and review process simulations (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Unisim)
• Prepare Heat & Material Balance (H&MB), PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs
• Create and review process equipment & instrument datasheets
• Conduct vendor technical bid evaluations and oversee technical documentation
• Develop utility package datasheets and review vendor submissions
• Participate in PHA, HAZOP, and other design & safety studies

Project Management & Coordination

• Lead multiple projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, site engineers, and home office teams
• Define work processes to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Keep stakeholders informed of key project developments and decisions
• Implement effective change management for cost, schedule, and material impacts
• Perform peer reviews, quality control checks, and gate reviews

Software Expertise:

Proficiency in industry-leading process engineering tools, including:

Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Unisim

KORF, HTRI, FlareNet

AFT Fathom / Arrow / Impulse, PipeNet
