Prepare, update and review P&IDs based on Process flow or project requirement.
Prepare, update and review Process Datasheets for Process equipment like Pumps, Storage tanks, Reactors, Vessels, Columns, Separator, Heat Exchangers and other process equipment such as filtration equipment, and drying equipment.
Prepare, update and review Process Datasheets for Instrumentation.
Perform and review Hydraulic study, Hydraulic calculations for Line sizing, Pump head etc.
Perform and review Control valve sizing calculations.
Perform and review Relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes
Prepare, update and review line list, equipment list etc.,
Prepare, update and review Cause and Effect and Control Narratives based on the project requirements.
Conduct Surge analysis modeling for projects.
Preparation of Design documents.
Work Experience
Software Key Skills:
Proficient in Aspen HYSYS.
Working knowledge of Synergi Pipeline Simulator, AFT Impulse or similar software.
Operating knowledge of AutoCAD & Navis works software.
Education & Personality
B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years experience in Oil & Gas.
Good knowledge of industrial Projects in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry.
Good communication skills with technical experts.
Good Technical reasoning, analytical and monitoring skills.
