We are seeking a highly skilled Wet Process Engineer with an extensive understanding of wet process tools and wet etch mechanisms. The candidate will work independently with customers to understand technical challenges, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver efficient and effective wet process solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own Wet Process engineering for 300 mm semiconductor manufacturing, including process development, optimization, and sustenance.
- Lead process start-up, tool qualification, acceptance, release, and control activities following BKMs.
- Define, prepare, and execute short loops, first-silicon trials, and learning cycles to mature processes.
- Develop and maintain process control plans, perform fine-tuning, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Troubleshoot process issues using strong hands-on and problem-solving skills to ensure stable manufacturing.
- Coordinate with external equipment vendors and support MEMS test and qualification flows.
Eligibility Criteria:
Mandatory Skills:
- Master's/Ph.D. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Wet Etch processes and related metrology.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Wet Etch equipment and process characterization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
