JobDescription:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4to 7years of hands-on experience in process engineering within speciality chemicals, petrochemical industries. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to various stages of the process development lifecycle, from conceptual design through to implementation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of business objectives.

Qualification & Skills Designer- Process

Bachelors/ Masters desgree in Chemical engineering.

Skilled in basic engineering & detailed engineering along with project management.

Strong understanding of process design principles, including mass and energy balances, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.

Lead process design efforts for assigned projects, including conceptualization, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.

Develop and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and other engineering documents.

Line sizing & line listing, all the process equipment (control valve, pumps, storage tanks, distillation columns, heat exchangers, etc) selection, sizing and rating.

Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize performance and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

To provide training on process engineering courses (Online/onsite)

Prepare technical/ techno-commercial proposals for projects

Drawing/ deliverables i.e P&ID, PFD, equipment datasheets

To handle technical projects/ to communicate with Engineers or clients for queries.

To complete all business development task

To travel onsite for training or business related work (10% travesl included)ten communication skills
