Position Overview:
AEPL is one of the fastest-growing automotive product companies and is looking for a Senior Engineer Process Excellence to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency in automotive product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Design, Mapping, Optimization, Standardization, Monitoring & Improvement.
- Processes implementation as per compliance requirements to design new processes (IATF, ASPICE, Cyber security, Functional safety etc.).
- Control of documents.
- Design standard operating procedures & workflows.
- Understanding Customer requirements for audits and process tailoring.
- Assessments & Audit of project records.
- On board team on new processes and templates.,
- Conduct Process & tool related training.
- Monitor Product development processes.
- Monitor lesson learned documents & update process accordingly.
- Weekly/Monthly review meetings with QRs, Internal/External Stakeholder management for adherence of processes.
- Responsible for processes_ change management, Communication management, Risk management, Stakeholders management.
Audits & Standards:
- Responsible to Conduct Internal Audits/Mock project audits.
- IATF external and internal audits, Non-conformance/OFI closure.
- Create/ Maintain project documentation repository.
- Customer audit & product audit, system audits.
Hands on Skills Required:
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Jira
- Certifications: Cyber Security _Level 1
Knowledge of:
- Automotive Spice, Cyber Security, Functional safety, IATF etc.
- Project lifecycle management
- Process standardization
- Process Assessment & Audits
- Change management & Risk management, Stakeholder management.
- Continuous Improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E./B.tech, M.E/M.Tech) in Electronics / EnTC / EEE / ECE
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
