Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Senior Process Associate. The Senior Process Associate will be responsible for overseeing business process operations, coordinating with clients, analyzing data, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing financial transactions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards while supporting revenue cycle management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve process efficiency
- Experience with Customer Service and effective Communication to handle client interactions
- Finance-related skills and knowledge, particularly in revenue cycle management or billing
- Understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage various priorities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and systems in the healthcare or financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or related) is preferred
